ISOLA VERDE
IS A PRIVATE ESTATE NEXT TO THE FOREST, FACING THE SEA.
Everything has been designed to guarantee your comfort.

meters (984ft) from the sea, huge gardens with various tropical
flowers and plants, have been designed on the ledge, overlooking
the bay of Grand-Bourg offering
breathtaking panoramic view at
every moment of the day.
The Island Dominica and the
Archipelago of the Saintes at the horizon (180°
view).
On this priviledged site we have thought of two
villas, each of them with their own tropical garden
and a terrace above the sea.
Each
house can be divided into two separate and independent
units - taking the names of Marie-Galante's beaches
- as accommodation for one couple each.
We both live on this "Isola Verde" -green island- in
order to be able to be at your service and to assist you with
your discovery of Marie-Galante.

Payment terms:
Deposit of 30% by postal order (preference) or by cheque
(to the order of Isola Verde) or by international postal transfer.
At arrival: payment of the balance and security deposit of 300 €.
Every night reserved at the ordering will be paid.

Isola
Verde is situated at a 2 minutes distance from
Grand-Bourg (the capital of the island
and the commercial center) and 5 minutes from Capesterre.
Individual equipments:
each unit (accommodation for 2 pers, child > 12 years):
- Private terraces and private garden,
- Spacious air-conditioned bedroom
with kingsize creole bed and mosquito net,
- Sofa and TV set,
- Contiguous bathroom with huge shower
and hair dryer, WC ,
- Bedlinen and towels are provided
and changed once and twice a week,
- Household equipment: refrigerator/freezer,
gas cooker, stove, coffee machine, toaster, orange squeezer,
micro-wave,
- An separate kitchen with 2 exits:
- At the rear side: BBQ, washery, forest view.,
- At the front side: opening to the terrace with panoramic
view over the sea, deck chairs and hammoc.
Common equipments:
- Well kept tropical gardens planted
with banana trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees, lemon trees,
flamboyant trees, jasmine...
- Relaxation corner into the Garden
in the shade of the trees...
- Private, lighted carpark away from
the residential area,
- Telephone booth, WiFi.
